For client who aim to have Hepatitis vaccine injection, need to provide blood test report within 3 months before the day of injection.
i. Combined Hepatitis A & Hepatitis B Vaccine
Suitable Ages: Adults (16 years old or above)
Injection time: A total of three doses. The second and third dose should be received at the 1st and the 6thmonth after the first vaccination respectively
*Note: High-risk persons should receive the hepatitis B booster vaccine 5 years after the vaccination. Other individuals normally should receive the hepatitis B booster vaccine 10 years after the vaccination.
ii. Hepatitis B Vaccine
Suitable Ages: Adults (16 years old or above)
Injection time: A total of three doses. The second and third dose should be received at the 1st and the 6thmonth after the first vaccination respectively.
*Note: Babies born in Hong Kong after 1988 have received Hepatitis B vaccination, but people born before this year have not. Therefore, people without antibodies against Hepatitis B are recommended to receive Hepatitis B vaccination.
