當網上付款程序完成後，所有預約之服務恕不接受退款、費用減免及作任何資料更改。閣下必須於訂購前，小心核對所有預約日期及時間，包括檢查項目、檢查計劃、優惠碼和價錢。如有任何產品上的問題，歡迎致電(852) 2785 7011或電郵至info@pms.com.hk 。
After succession of online payment, all payments of booked health check plan are non-refundable, do not accept any fee reduction and cannot make any information change. Before online payment, please make sure you have select date and time correctly, includes check-up items, check-up plan, coupon code and price. Please contact V-Care customer service hotline via (852) 2785-7011 or email info@pms.com.hk for all booking or health check inquiries.

When client register for health check plan, client is consent to medical referral.
如有任何爭議，金確智慧健康管理有限公司保留最終決定權。
In case of disputes, the decision of Precision Health Care Service Ltd shall be final.
